The Bloody Good Biltong Co. was established in York, WA in 2020.
It all started from a backyard hobby producing handmade and dried biltong for family and friends. This hobby and love of beef stems originates from our family backgrounds in agriculture and livestock production, where beef was central to life in more ways than one.
On an annual family road trip up the beautiful north coast of WA, a conversation as a family became a business idea to share our product with others, and so “The Bloody Good Biltong Co.” was established.
Now we produce a rustic, handmade biltong product for all to enjoy. The beef is sourced locally as it is important to us as makers that we keep the product as local as we can. We marinate and spice the beef to our recipe, then dry it down to the perfect texture.
So, whether you are on a road trip of your own, sharing a beer amongst mates or looking for a healthy, high protein snack, our biltong is, and we are sure you’ll agree “bloody good”.
